03/25/2024Referido al catálogo por culebrense. El nombe original de la isla hubiese sido 'La Isla del Pasaje', de acuerdo a fuentes. Aunque ciertamente la Isla del Pasaje no hubiese sido el nombre por el cual le hubiesen llamado sus ancestros, no obstante, la etimología de Culebra y culebrense, como nombre y gentilicio moderno, continúa como pregunta abierta para la investigación histórica y antropológica de la vida e historia de ésta isla municipio del archipiélago de Cariba, y sus gentes.
